Join us TONIGHT, June 10, at 6:30 p.m. for Wildlife Corridors and Conservation Connectivity in Pennsylvania, a public program featuring PA State Rep. Mary Jo Daley in the auditorium at Middle Creek Visitors Center in Stevens.

This event is free to the public and doors open at 6 p.m.

What if our roads could protect wildlife instead of endangering it?

Join us on Wednesday, June 10, at 6:30 p.m. for Wildlife Corridors and Conservation Connectivity in Pennsylvania, a public program featuring PA State Rep. Mary Jo Daley in the auditorium at Middle Creek Visitors Center in Stevens.

Did you know — Pennsylvania has one of the largest highway systems in the country and unfortunately, ranks second in wildlife-vehicle collisions.

In June’s Speaker Series event, we’ll explore the role of wildlife corridors and highlight recent legislation that initiated a study of existing corridors, aimed at improving safety for both motorists and animals.

This is an opportunity to learn more about how transportation infrastructure and wildlife movement intersect, and to hear directly from a policymaker involved in the issue.

This event is free and open to the public. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.

Are you looking for an unforgettable experience for your kids this summer?

Why not let them try a Junior Game Warden Camp!

Join us at the Southeast Region camp this July at Middle Creek Visitors Center. Find the link to sign up in the post.

It’s time to make THIS SUMMER a memorable one!

Across PA, regional offices are getting ready for their annual Junior Game Warden Camps where youth, ages 12 to 15, can spend the day learning what it’s like to be a Pennsylvania state game warden.

Campers will join wardens in light physical fitness, confidence-building exercises, and hands-on learning stations.

They’ll have the opportunity to go all-in with wildlife forensics, wildlife-capture techniques, woodland tracking, outdoor survival, and all things wild!

There will be six camps hosted across our state, in each of the regions, with varying dates throughout the summer. The Southeast Region Junior Game Warden will be held on Friday, July 24, at Middle Creek Visitors Center in Stevens.

Are you interested in learning how to shoot a bow, but not ready to make the commitment to the equipment? Or maybe you just want to try something new?

We’ve got the perfect opportunity for you this summer at Middle Creek!

Throughout the summer, we will be offering FREE Learn to Shoot: Archery events at our Middle Creek Willow Point Archery Range, located off Kleinfeltersville Rd, at the Willow Point Parking Area.

Participants will have the opportunity to shoot NASP Genesis bows, and crossbows at our event in August, with one-on-one instruction in a non-competitive atmosphere. No equipment is needed, just bring yourself and a sense of adventure.

No pre-registration is required, it’s free to the public, and you can come and go as you please from 5 to 7 p.m. each night.

If you have been wanting to give archery a try, this is your chance. Bring a friend or two and join us this summer at the range.

We hope to see you there!

If you are a fan of classics, collectibles, and all things vintage, we invite you to not only join us for the Conservation Collectibles Expo, but also for our June Explorer Series event, "Exploring the American Longrifle".

Hosted during the Conservation Collectibles Expo, John D. Beck takes us on a journey of history and heritage of gun making throughout America’s 250 years.

Coming from a long line of Pennsylvania gunsmiths, including one who made a flintlock for George Washington in the late 1700s, Beck Flintlocks will share a display of original rifles and examples of the creation process.

And don’t forget, the Conservation Collectibles Expo and Gear Exchange will be happening at the Visitors Center on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you are a fan of conservation-related memorabilia and outdoor gear, we encourage you to join us!

“Objects from another time carry the fingerprints of history.”

Calling all PA pickers: join us at Middle Creek Visitor Center for our Conservation Collectibles Expo & Gear Exchange!

There’s something special about old things with honest wear — the kind of authenticity that's seen muddy trails, early mornings in the field, campfire smoke, and seasons long past. Every patch, pin, poster, faded publication, and piece of outdoor gear carries a story.

Come buy, sell, or trade conservation-related memorabilia and outdoor gear. We welcome hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, and backpacking items, and well-loved pieces with character, craftsmanship, and charm!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 27 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at Middle Creek Visitor Center Parking lot, RAIN OR SHINE.

Interested in being a vendor? Vendor applications are due May 30 — you can submit online, in person at the Middle Creek Visitors Center, or by email to [email protected]

Vendors selling collectibles will be located inside the Visitors Center in the auditorium, while Gear Exchange vendors will be given outside spaces. All vendor spaces cost $30 and include one 6' table. Additional tables are available for $10 each. Setup is June 27 from 7:30–9:00 a.m. Vendors may sell or display conservation memorabilia and outdoor gear.

Fi****ms, ammunition, and taxidermy are not permitted at this event. All vendors must remain in their assigned spaces and present themselves professionally.

Event proceeds benefit Lancaster County Bird Club initiatives with Middle Creek.

For additional information or to register as a vendor, visit: https://bit.ly/MCCollectibles.

Rare finds, forgotten treasures, and rugged nostalgia await.
