Our senior center is closed as of May 31, 2015. We have exhausted our funding and our request to subcontract with Tri-State Health Services (Prime Time Office on Aging) was denied. The commissioners are not interested in equitable funding with the senior service levy. I really cannot fully express how much I appreciate each of you. You all played such an important part in our success. The overwhelming sentiment said was the center was magical because our members felt included and welcomed. That was because of you and your kindness. Bookmark in downtown Steubenville had offered free space to the Ukes, the knitters & the writers. So, we go on, just in a different way.
