What a wonderful two days volunteering at the Greek Fest! ❤️
I had the opportunity to work side by side with several of our United Way of Jefferson County board members while serving our community, and it was truly a great experience. It's always inspiring to see so many people come together, give their time, and support an event that brings our community together.
One of the best parts was seeing so many familiar faces and meeting new people along the way. Events like this are a reminder of how strong Jefferson County is when we work together.
Thank you to everyone who made the Greek Fest such a fantastic event. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a small part of it and to spend time with so many amazing people! 🇬🇷❤️

What an amazing morning at the Resource Network meeting! It is truly inspiring to sit in a room filled with people and organizations that all share the same goal—making a positive impact in Jefferson County.

I was grateful for the opportunity to share how the United Way of Jefferson County is helping local families and individuals in need through programs and partnerships that address some of our community's greatest challenges. Every day, we see the power of collaboration, and meetings like this remind me that no one organization can do it alone.

📢 Day of Action 2026 – Sign Up Today! 📢

United Way of Jefferson County's Day of Action is coming up on Thursday, August 27, 2026, and we need YOU!

This is one of our favorite days of the year as volunteers from across Jefferson County come together to make a real difference in our community. We will begin at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church with registration at 8:00 AM, breakfast at 8:30 AM, and then teams will head out to complete volunteer projects throughout the county.

Whether you're an individual, business, church group, civic organization, or student, there's a place for you to serve!

Today I had the opportunity to visit Buckeye Local School District, including Buckeye West and North Elementary, to speak with the amazing staff and receive donations collected through our Most United School Challenge.
I am so grateful for the generosity and kindness shown by the students, staff, and families. Because of your support, these donations were passed along to Bobbyjon and the Sycamore Youth Center's Mobile Food Pantry, where they will help provide food to children and families throughout Jefferson County.
This is what community is all about—people coming together to make a difference in the lives of others. Thank you, Buckeye Local, for showing what it means to be United! ❤️
