This week is National Friends of Libraries Week. Our September book sale took 460 volunteer hours to put together and run. Everything we raise goes back into the Cascades Library and our community.

Come learn more about us at our open monthly meeting this upcoming Tuesday, October 28th at 6 PM at the library's Meeting room D.

Thank you to everyone that supported the Cascades Library this month for our Used Book Sale.

Thank you everyone that volunteered their time, we could not run a successful sale without your help. It requires a lot of time to sort all of the items, set up and run this sale.

Thank you to everyone that donated your Book, DVDs, CDs, Puzzles, and Games. This year's donations were amazing, we still had so many great items today even after two full days of the sale.

Thank you to everyone that showed up to the sale this weekend. It was a sale for the records books. We were amazed by the steady flow of patrons throughout the weekend, the checkout was constantly busy.

Be on the lookout for our Puzzle and Board Game sale on January 31st (Donation Period 1/24 - 1/30).

Educators can have a 25% discount on all items being sold at the sale upon showing their Educator's ID. This excludes the Sunday Fill a Bag.

We still have a lot of books looking for homes and tomorrow is the last day of our book sale. Take advantage of our Fill a Bag Sunday where you can fill a provided bag for either $10 or $12 (paper or canvas respectively). Sale runs from noon - 3 PM.
