The Salvation Army Sterling/Rock Falls IL Serving Whiteside & Lee County residents since 1892!

The Salvation Army in Sterling, Rock Falls,
& Dixon IL is proud to serve the people in both Whiteside And Lee County meeting spiritual, physical, and social needs as best we can. Currently, we serve hundreds of families a month through our social services office, with emergency food, utility assistance, and prescription assistance. We welcome you to join us for church on Sundays:
Sunday School:

10:00am-10:45am
Holiness Meeting:11:00am-12pm

Monday Ladies Group: 5pm
Tuesday Every other week Kids Group 5pm

🌟 Help Us Create an Out-of-This-World VBS Experience! 🚀
We are getting ready for this year’s Vacation Bible School at The Salvation Army, and our theme is
✨ Galaxy Quest: Searching for God’s Truth ✨ 🌌
🗓 August 3–7

We’re looking for space-themed decorations to help transform our space into an exciting, galactic adventure for the kids. If you have any items you’d be willing to donate or lend, we would be so grateful!

Items could include:

Stars, planets, or moon decorations 🌙
Rocket ships or astronaut figures 🚀
Glow-in-the-dark items ✨
Space-themed tablecloths, backdrops, or props
Anything else that feels “out of this world!”

If you are able to help, please reach out to us. Your generosity will help us create a fun and meaningful experience as kids explore and discover God’s truth together. 💫
