We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve just added a brand new air ambulance to our fleet! 🛩️❤️
After years of hard work and generous community support, Mid County Rescue is now fully capable of responding by air. This state-of-the-art medical helicopter will allow us to reach patients faster than ever before — especially in those hard-to-reach rural areas.
Same patriotic design, same dedication to excellence, now with rotor blades! 🇺🇸

Thanks to a generous donation to the department at our yearly raffle a few years back, our rescue side by side will once again be utilized to assist those in need in this historic storm. This is equipped with an enclosed stokes basket so the patient stays out of the elements while we transport them. Also with these tracks we can pretty much go anywhere. During previous storms we’ve assisted stranded people in homes, camps and helped get patients to medical personnel for medical care. During this storm we will have members staffed at the station to quickly assist in any hazard call that comes in to keep our community safe.
