2025 PROPERTY REASSESSMENT INFO 📢

Colorado law requires reassessment every 2 years. Property values for 2025–2026 are based on market data as of June 30, 2024, using sales from July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2024 (up to 5 years if needed).

Your property’s value reflects how it existed on Jan 1, 2025, and will be used to calculate taxes billed in Jan 2026.
