Every family who partners with us logs sweat equity hours as part of their homeownership journey. That means working on their own home beside our volunteers, completing financial education courses, and helping build homes for the families coming after them.

Our homeowner partners invest their own labor, then buy their home with a financial plan they can actually afford.

Fill out your application with your current living and financial information, then submit it one of three ways:

1.) Mail it to SAW HFH, P.O. Box 3188, Staunton, VA 24401
2.) Drop it off at our ReStore (Thursday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.)
3.) Use the lockbox outside the ReStore
