Residents and team members came together for a meaningful Memorial Day service to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

The program included a moving reading of “The Soldier’s Letter” and concluded with a heartfelt rendition of “America the Beautiful,” reminding us all of the sacrifices made for our freedoms. We are grateful for the opportunity to pause, reflect and remember.

Celebrating the power of local art! 🎨

This week, we had the opportunity to meet the talented artists whose work is currently featured in The Atrium Art Gallery at The Legacy. This vibrant, curated collection, presented in partnership with the Staunton Augusta Art Center, will remain on display through August 20.

The special exhibit reflects the Art Center’s longstanding commitment to supporting local artists and enriching our region through the arts, while bringing beauty, creativity and inspiration to our community each day.

A beautiful Mother’s Day celebration filled The Legacy with music, laughter and time well spent together. Residents and their loved ones enjoyed an afternoon social featuring elegant harp music, fresh flowers, delicious food and drinks, and heartfelt visits shared among family and friends.
