Space is still available for the 2026 PRPS Leadership Development Academy for District 1 & District 2 member participation!

This year, we've added a built-in mentorship: each participant is placed in a cohort with other registrants from their district and assigned a mentor for guidance and accountability throughout the program. The West Chester Area Council of Governments held a joint America250 celebration in West Chester Borough on August 2, and a concert and drone show in West Whiteland Township’s Exton Park on September 3. Park and recreation professionals from East Bradford Township, East Goshen Township, West Chester Borough, West Goshen Township, West Whiteland Township, and Westtown Township made this celebration possible.

PRPS members Ally Brandt of West Whiteland Township and Keith Kurowski of West Chester Borough were quoted in the West Chester Chronicle.
