The With a Little Help from Our Friends benefit show is tomorrow! Join us at the Arena Bar & Grill anytime between 6 and 10 pm this Saturday and listen to live music for a good cause.

The show is open to all ages, and you can drop by whenever and stay as long as you’d like!

Join us to commemorate Worldwide Su***de Prevention Day tomorrow at An Evening of Hope, Healing, and Remembrance. Free tickets are available now at the link on the flyer.

The evening will begin with a community meal, catered by Chef Zach Lorber and the SCASD Culinary Arts Program. Then, we'll move into a program featuring stories of grief and healing, dance performances from our Centre Dance friends, live music by Biscuit Jam, and a candle-lighting ceremony, led by Evelyn Wald.

This is one of our most meaningful annual events, and we sincerely hope you can join us.

Jim Colbert will take the stage to play some lovely acoustic music, as several community organizations and members of the Centre County Su***de Prevention Taskforce share mental health resources. Local representatives will also be present to share about the policies and actions they're championing to make our community a more supportive place for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.

The spider plants and PSU football tickets are ready to find their new homes! September is Su***de Prevention Month, which means that we will be sharing resources, leading wellness activities, and holding several events in the coming weeks. It's a lot to keep track of (even for us). Hopefully this guide helps!
