The SCL Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit charity. The mission of the SCL Foundation is to provide local services and grants for the State College, PA area – in the shadow of Penn State's "lion country" – in the categories of Youth Leadership, Vision and Health, Relieving Hunger, and Serving the Local Community and Protecting the Environment. Further details about these services and grants can be found under the Programs & Services section of this website. (The SCL Foundation, Inc. is not affiliated with Lions International or local service clubs related to Lions International, nor to Penn State University.)

Every year for many years our organization has been giving scholarships to State College High School graduating seniors....

Every year for many years our organization has been giving scholarships to State College High School graduating seniors. This year we selected three winners and were able to host two of them and their families for a celebration dinner. We presented each winner with a $1,500 scholarship for their selected colleges. It is something we enjoy every year! Celebrate these amazing seniors!
