For those alone tonight, whether from being far from family, or because family is deceased, or whatever the case may be, merry Christmas to you. Know that you are cared about, and that you are special in the sight of the Lord. You have someone (Jesus Christ) who is wonderful, a counselor for your worries or struggles, who is the prince of peace, and who cared enough to die for you to pay for all your sins.
“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Talk to him. He cares for you.

To the Believer:

May we run like men before
with our eyes looking ahead
And our feet running sure

The time of our span is uncertain
