๐Ÿ“ข Florida Freedom Tour Comes to Starke! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ
I am excited to share that, through the efforts of Governor Ron DeSantis and the Florida Department of Transportation, a traveling museum celebrating the 250th Anniversary of America is making its way across Floridaโ€”and Starke is proud to be one of the host locations!
The Florida Freedom Tour will be at the Charlie Johns Conference Center, 1610 N. Temple Avenue, Starke, on Wednesday, June 10th, beginning at 9:00 AM.
This incredible rolling museum brings history to life, showcasing Florida's role in our nation's story and commemorating 250 years of American freedom and independence. This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience a celebration of our country's history that none of us will ever see again.
I encourage everyoneโ€”students, families, veterans, civic groups, and community membersโ€”to stop by at some point during the day, tour the exhibits, and be part of this historic event.
As an added bonus, we are in a friendly competition with the City of Lake Butler, which welcomed 175 visitors during its stop. Let's show our community pride and see if Starke can surpass that number! Be sure to sign in when you visit so your participation can be counted.
Thank you to Governor DeSantis, the State of Florida, and all those involved in bringing this unique educational experience to communities across our state.
Let's make Starke shine and celebrate 250 years of American freedom together! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธโญ
