There will be a Starbuck City Election on November 3, 2026, for the purpose of electing two City Council Members for four-year terms and one Mayor for a two-year term. The first day to file an Affidavit of Candidacy is July 14, 2026, and the last day to file is July 28, 2026, no later than 5:00 p.m. Affidavits of Candidacy may be filed at Starbuck City Hall, 307 East 5th Street, Starbuck, MN 56381.

🌞 FREE SUMMER MEALS FOR KIDS! 🌞

Glacial Hills Elementary School is proud to provide FREE meals throughout the summer for all children ages 18 and under. Please see the flyer for dates and times.

**We are closed Friday, June 19th and the week of June 29th.**

We are thrilled to support our community in this way and help ensure children have access to nutritious meals all summer long.

As a reminder, we ask that all students demonstrate respectful behavior while on campus and help keep our grounds clean by disposing of trash properly. Students who are unable to follow these expectations may be asked not to return to the program.

ATTENTION STARBUCK RESIDENTS:

Portions of Starbuck (roughly 90 accounts) are experiencing a power outage after last night's storm. Xcel Energy's latest estimated restoration time has been pushed to 8:15 pm tonight (6/10).

We have power (thanks to a generator) at the Starbuck Community Center, so please come down if you need a place to charge your devices and/or cool down. We will be here at the Starbuck Community Center until 4:30pm today.

Please call Xcel Energy at 1-800-895-1999 to report any outages that you are experiencing.
