WEDNESDAY 1:00 - 1:45 p.m.: An Introduction to Equity Crowdfunding with Johnny Price, VP of Fundraising with Wefunder. Wefunder is the largest “Regulation Crowdfunding” platform that allows founders to use these new laws to raise $50K to $5M. This session will be geared towards founders, and cover an overview of this new way of raising capital, the pros and cons, and who it’s a good fit for.
