Our Story
The Westholm Hotel was built in 1890, and during it's glory days, the hotel's 40 rooms were occupied by enthusiastic vacationers looking to break free of crowded NYC in favor of untamed beauty of Catskill Mountains. The Westholm was one of the finest around, known not only for its fine dining and cabaret with dancing but it's unique lobby murals by Stamford artist LaMont Adelbert Warner, which depicted the area's unique beauty. The Westholm remained in operation as a popular destination until the 1990s.
