“Welcome to the Rock”

Since establishment in 1976, the Rockhill Volunteer Fire Department has had to expand in order to meet the needs of Stafford County's rapid growth and residency to more than 132,000 residences. Through dedication and hard work, the members of the Rockhill Volunteer Fire Department provide fire prevention, public fire education, fire suppression, and as of 2016, advanced life support services. Our mission and goal is to be able to enhance and maintain the quality of life and safety within our response district as well as Stafford County as a whole.
