The Grace & Peace Winter Shelter is hosting a Trivia Night and Silent Auction at The Commons of Chesterfield, 14885 Clayton Rd, Chesterfield, MO 63017, to fundraise for our 40th Winter of providing life-saving overnight shelter and basic necessities to homeless women! Doors will open by 6 pm and play will begin right around 6:30! We already have some great auction items for your bidding enjoyment, too! This is a non-alcoholic event, and your tickets will include light snacks and some free soda options, but you're more than welcome to bring your own food and decorate your table!
We'll have mulligans and several extra little games you can opt into!
Gather up some friends and family to have some fun at our Shelter Trivia Night, and help homeless women this winter!

A chance right now to help homeless women this winter-one of the few times I fundraiser here for the work I do all year at Grace & Peace Winter Shelter.

Many of you will have heard of GiveSTLDay, St. Louis' very own giving day. (People from elsewhere can also give!) You may know of and may have helped with the Grace & Peace Winter Shelter. I hope you'll consider sharing this post with others who may want to know which non-profit is a good choice for participating in GiveSTLDay.

Please know that any amount you give will be appreciated, and used this winter to save lives and share Christ's love. Also know that a small amount is taken out before we get the funds, to cover their admin costs.

We are opening for the winter tonight, sheltering ladies without children nightly until March 18. "We love because He first loved us!" We appreciate your prayers!

We here at Grace & Peace (in St. Louis near Forest Park) have a shelter every winter to provide shelter, care and hope to women, in the name of Jesus Christ. We're preparing to open as soon as we can. If you are interested in helping, please comment or message me. GIVING TO GRACE & PEACE SHELTER ON GiveSTLDay, Thursday, May 5, 2022

The Grace and Peace Winter Shelter has been offering temporary, overnight shelter during the colder months to homeless women of St. Louis since 1986. We were privileged in the winter that just ended, even during the COVID-19 pandemic, to be able to offer shelter to a handful of ladies over 50 years, in this, our 36th year of service to St. Louis' homeless women!

Grace & Peace is registered to be an organization to which you can donate on GiveSTLDay, our region's unique Giving Day! We're registered for gifts to our shelter! You can use this link to give to the Shelter on GiveSTLDay, Thursday, May 5, 2022!

If anyone gives during Early Giving, which continues until 11:59 p.m. May 4, before May 5 starts, we are eligible for a drawing to receive an extra $500. Two organizations will get the extra $500.
