Yard sale happening right now at 2907 Texas, until 4pm today. Seven households worth of furniture, home decor, vintage items, clothing, kitchenware, and local art.

Next month, on the same day as our monthly Saturday Social Hours, we will be holding a Bake Sale in benefit of our food pantry! If you'd like to participate please reach out to the listed email, and we hope to see everyone there.

The center will not be holding in house events this weekend in celebration of Labor Day, so our Skillshare Saturday will be getting bumped back to next month on October 3rd. It should be a great one too, as it will be Health Insurance 101 presented by community member Chip, just in time for open enrollment season.

Also, as always, we'll be out at Tower Grove Pride this year, so if you are interested in volunteering to table with us, please feel free to fill out the form in the comments below!

Prom is tomorrow! We're so excited and we really hope you are as well. As mentioned in the last post about Prom, we'll have the center open from 10:30am to 3:30pm tomorrow for folks to stop in for last minute browsing of the closet, or help with makeup and the mystic art of properly tying ties.

Online ticket sales at the $10 close at 5pm tomorrow, at which point they will be available for $15 at the door. We still have tickets available so if you plan to attend be sure to grab one for the lower price while you still can! Hey everyone, we're just a week away from this year's Trans & Q***r Prom and we hope that you're as excited as we are!

Over the last few months our amazing community has been donating all kinds of fantastic formal wear, which we have been setting aside for anyone who may be in need of an outfit! We've assembled a rack of with some of the highlights, but we've got tons, including some beautiful ball gowns and some very sharp suits. If you'd like to take a look, please feel free to visit during our regular open hours next week, or schedule an appointment to visit the closet via the link in the contact section of our website.

With everything going on next Saturday, we will unfortunately not have the time for a regularly scheduled Crafternoon. However, we will instead be around the center for several hours on Saturday to help folks who may want to do some last minute styling, or need some assistance with tying tie's, fixing hair, or an extra set of eyes for makeup. We'll have the exact hours posted early next week so keep an eye out!

This month's crafternoon will be a zine making event hosted by Ramona Riley! The goal will be capturing our inner (or outer) landscapes through a zine filled with the drawings, poems, collages, photographs, or any other art created during the day! We would encourage folks to bring any material that they may need as part of their contribution, but as always we will have some supplies on hand as well. It should be a fantastic time and we look forward to seeing y'all there!
