Last week, Mayor Cara Spencer signed Executive Order 96, marking the next step forward in building a safer, more connected, and more equitable transportation system for our city.

While our past shaped how our streets work today, it’s time for us to shape them for our future. Many of our roads, originally designed for a different era, are now ready for a transformation that puts safety and accessibility first.

With our new Transportation and Mobility Plan and this executive order to get it implemented, we’re prioritizing safer streets for everyone: residents, commuters, and visitors. This is about making St. Louis a city where everyone can get around easily and safely. The future of mobility in St. Louis starts now!

The City of St. Louis Building Division is seeking a detail-oriented professional to perform on-site inspections of boilers, HVAC, and refrigeration systems to ensure compliance with city safety codes and regulations.

✅ Salary: $39,884 - $66,534
🏢 Department: Building Division
📍 Location: Citywide - St. Louis, MO (Requires active field inspections)

𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Associate's degree or 2-year trade school/junior college training program in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Heating Technology.
• 2 years of experience installing, repairing, and maintaining high-pressure boilers and/or refrigeration and AC equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to handle physical field conditions (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, crawling, bending, and kneeling to conduct inspections).
