The City of St. Louis - Community Development Administration (CDA) is making up to $1.5 million available to support nonprofit organizations serving qualified populations within the City of St. Louis through its 2026 HOME-ARP Supportive Services Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).

The funding will help expand supportive services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, fleeing domestic violence or trafficking, and others who require services to prevent or are at a great risk of housing instability.

Applications are due June 5, 2026

CITY CLOSURE ALERT FOR MONDAY

Due to the extreme cold conditions and continued anticipated snow accumulations, the City of St. Louis will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026.

The City advises residents to avoid travel to allow the Street Department room to work. Residents should reduce exposure to the outdoors due to the extreme cold.

In May of this year, the Community Development Administration published the Impact Report 2020-2024, chronicling 5 years of investments, accomplishments, and community partnerships across the City of St. Louis.

CDA has administered over $400 million in federal and local funds to strengthen neighborhoods, create affordable housing opportunities, invest in social services, support small businesses, and improve public spaces across the city. These investments are leveraging more than $750 million in total development activity citywide.

The report showcases notable initiatives such as the Neighborhood Transformation Grants, Choice Neighborhoods program, Community Development Block Grants, and more.

It highlights how collaboration, innovation, and community-driven planning are fueling transformation across St. Louis.
