Thank you to everyone who joined us for the first Foundations to Futures Workforce Equity Speaker Series event! We had an incredible morning discussing how employers and community partners can create stronger pathways to employment for individuals entering or reentering the workforce.

A few takeaways from the conversation:
• Matchmaking matters. We need smarter, more direct connections between employers and job-ready talent.
• Build the skills employers will need next. Upskilling, training, and mentorship can help future employees prepare for evolving workforce needs.
• Culture is key. Your current team can be one of your strongest recruitment and retention strategies.
• Creativity is essential. Today’s workforce challenges call for new approaches, stronger partnerships, and a willingness to rethink the traditional workforce development ecosystem.

Join us as we keep the conversation going with Session 2: Reentry, Readiness & ROI — What Happens When We Invest in People on November 4, 2026, from 4:30–7 p.m.

We’re honored to share that longtime partner The Boeing Company has made a substantial investment in Criminal Justice Ministry through its Our Heroes – Veterans & Families initiative.

This investment will help system-impacted veterans build stable futures through safe housing, employment support, and the wraparound services they need to successfully return home and thrive. Funding will strengthen our Foundations First Veterans Housing program, expand employment navigation services, and increase access to the long-term housing opportunities that make lasting stability possible.

Every day, we see the resilience of veterans rebuilding their lives after incarceration. We’re grateful to Boeing for standing alongside them — and us — as we work to ensure that every veteran has the opportunity to come home to a safe place to live, meaningful employment, and a stronger future.

Thank you, Boeing, for investing in veterans, families, and stronger communities.
