❤️ WEEK 1 AT LIFT IS IN THE BOOKS! 🖤

What a way to start the 2026–27 school year!

Our first week was filled with excitement, learning, laughter, reconnecting, building relationships, and plenty of Hawk pride. From our classrooms to our hallways and everywhere in between, the energy at Lift For Life Academy has been incredible.

We’re only one week in, and this year already feels special.

The LFLA Varsity Volleyball team started the season off with a statement last night! The Hawks defeated McKinley High School in 3 straight sets to pick up their first win of the season! 💪🏾

A very strong start and a great way to set the tone for the year. Congratulations to the coaching staff and ladies! Keep working, keep competing, and keep soaring! ❤️🖤

We are SO PROUD to announce that our High School Cheer Team has been invited to perform before the St. Louis Cardinals game on Saturday, September 19th!⚾️

⏰ Cheer Performance: 4:30 PM
⚾️ Cardinals Game: 6:15 PM

Our cheerleaders are ready to represent Lift For Life Academy on a BIG stage, and we need our LFLA family and community there cheering them on! 🔥

Best First Day of School Ever! ❤️🖤📚

The halls were full, the smiles were big, and the energy was EVERYTHING! From reconnecting with friends and teachers to starting fresh with new goals, today was the perfect way to kick off another great year at Lift For Life Academy.

We’re officially back, and we’re excited for everything this school year has in store!

Day 1 is in the books… let’s make this year one to remember!

ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT!

🎓 Congratulations LFLA Class Of 2019 graduate, Nicholas!!🎓

Today, Nicholas graduated Cum Laude from Goldfarb School of Nursing, Barnes-Jewish College at Powell Hall, earning his SECOND college degree after previously graduating from Carnegie Mellon University!

Nicholas was also recognized as a Humanitarian, inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and recognized with the National Black Nurses Association. 👏🏾

On September 8, Nicholas will begin his career as a full-time nurse at BJC Hospital. 🩺

As commencement speaker Jackie Joyner-Kersee shared today, “Compassion, determination, passion, and making a difference in your community will turn a doubter into a believer.” Nicholas is doing just that!

We are SO proud of you Nicholas! Keep Shining!!
