Have you heard the term “Ballot Candy”? Here’s why every Missouri voter needs to know what it means before November. 👇

In politics, "ballot candy" is a popular or distracting topic added to a measure to draw votes for an unrelated, primary objective.

Amendment 3 is a textbook example.

The Real Goal: To overturn the 2024 voter-approved amendment that protects reproductive freedom in Missouri.

The "Candy": A provision banning gender-affirming care for minors.

Here’s the catch: Missouri law already prohibits these treatments for minors through August 2027. Its inclusion in Amendment 3 doesn't fill a legal gap, it is strictly designed to manipulate voters into voting against their own reproductive rights.

Don't let politicians sweet-talk you into giving up your constitutional rights. Vote NO on Amendment 3 this November!

VICTORY TO THE PEOPLE!

The Missouri Supreme Court just unanimously ruled to reverse the gerrymandered, anti-democracy maps until THE PEOPLE have a chance to vote. This is only possible because of the work done by our neighbors to gather signatures and fight back!

When politicians try to override the people, our constitution and our courts still stand as a shield. Today, Missourians won.

We must get out and vote in November - for representation for the people, for fairness, and for our rights.

The Missouri Supreme Court rules that the gerrymandered congressional map was never the law and won't be the law during the November election. We're back to a 6 Rep - 2 Dem leaning map.

The Court also rules that the Respect MO Voters initiative is back on the ballot.

There's a very long footnote on pages 12-13 in the congressional map ruling explaining how Missouri's Secretary of State and Attorney General wasted a ton of taxpayer money violating Missourians' constitutional right to the referendum.

What Has the GOP Super-Majority Done For Us Lately?🤔

Voters overwhelmingly turned down Amendment 5 in August; Governor Kehoe said, "the fight is far from over". They're not listening to us.

State Sen. Adam Schnelting is sponsoring Amendment 7 (SJR 95) - an attempt to overwrite our NO vote on Amendment 5.

Instead of stable revenue, Amendment 7 risks our schools, healthcare, and infrastructure on stock market volatility while allowing big donors to fund state operations.

We turned down their last tax scheme in August, but the MO GOP is once again ignoring the voters.

Sounds familiar, right? 🙃

What Has the GOP Super-Majority Done For Us Lately?🤔

St. Charles GOP House representatives backed tax breaks on capital gains for the wealthiest 1% of Missourians, reducing their state and local tax burden by 14% (per the Missouri Budget Project). Meanwhile, everyday residents face weakened public services as general state revenue shrinks. (HB 594, 2025).
