Deer gentle reader,
The Ton is on edge, breathlessly awaiting the next scandal to arouse our fair ton. And oh… what a spectacle unfolded today.
The Queen’s carriage was seen at Ship It Tx, dropping off box upon box of invitations to the next grand ball of the season. One can only imagine whose names graced those envelopes — and whose were most scandalously omitted.
But the whispers did not end there…
Soon after, a carriage most recognizable — that of the illustrious Allyson Butler-REALTOR was spotted gliding about town, pausing ever so thoughtfully at several charming properties. Is Her Majesty seeking something spectacular in our town? A move, perhaps? Or merely positioning herself for a front-row seat to the next delicious bit of scandal?
Naturally, all this royal business worked up quite the appetite. The Queen herself rang 817-220-0028 to request her take-and-bake dinner from none other than Alvin Ord's Sandwich Shop.
Her selection? The ever-decadent chicken spaghetti — a dish of the most delightful creaminess, perfectly suited for such a beautiful day. And, of course, a frosted lemonade accompanied it… sweet, tart, and perfectly balanced, much like the Queen herself.
Though I must confess, dear reader, Her Majesty’s exhaustion was quite apparent at pickup. Even royalty, it seems, cannot outpace the demands of the Ton.
