My heart is still overflowing with gratitude for Aunt Dot's House first Gala and Fundraiser. Thank you from the very depths of our hearts Ashlie, Tim, Chris, and Raynne. The spirit and unity of community at Moncrief Square last night is the heart and soul of Effingham County.

On behalf of the Board, thank you to each business for your generous hearts that gave items for the auction and door prizes. It was fun to watch the "bidding wars". J-Brown Acoustic had an outstanding performance. The atmosphere in the room was welcoming and engaging which made for the perfect evening.

Our little people that will use the house has no concept of the love you have for each of them. Their little hears will grow up and then realize they had a entire community behind them.

Hors d'oeuvres, auction items (partial list below), door prizes, and J-Brown Acoustic, and most of all, supporting Effingham's children is the reason to get our tickets to Heroes for Kids. It is Friday night at Moncrief Square on Laurel Street in Springfield.

Partial List of Auction Items: Hope Ranch passes, Gifts Cards at Bolts and Bullets and Ken's IGA, Savannah Weekend, guns, oil changes, egg chairs, spin classes, custom made turkey call, cakes, uplighting for your home, cooler, beach set and baskets from local businesses....

A limited number of tickets are still available for $25.00 each. Raffle tickets for the $500 cash gift card are also available.
