Global Impact STEM Academy The first school of its kind, Global Impact is a regionally-based STEM school out of Springfield, Ohio.

As an Ohio-based STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) school, Global Impact will prepare 9th through 12th graders for future careers in food, agriculture, energy, bioscience, environmental and related fields. Our curriculum is focused on project-based learning that teaches students hands-on application of theories and lessons into practical skills for the challenges of tomorrow.

These challenges include: "How will we feed twice as many people in 40 years?" "How can we continue to create a sustainable energy economy?" and "In what ways can we account for environmental hazards in day-to-day living?"

Global Impact students, families and staff are invited to join our summer reading adventure. Whether you enjoy science fiction, biographies, mystery novels or STEM-focused nonfiction, reading helps strengthen creativity, communication and critical thinking skills.
