✍️ A gentleman recently wrote in to thank Mollie, Environmental Services Office Administrator, for her guidance through the City’s Sewer Lateral Loan Program after discovering his home needed a sewer line replacement. He shared, “Mollie has been of enormous value and help for my family in applying for the Sewer Lateral Loan. After a plumbing disaster on both Thanksgiving and New Year's, my wife and I would be seriously stressed without this program and Mollie's amazing assistance.”

Thank you, Mollie Jessen, for helping residents navigate the process and get the assistance they need during some stinky situations! 🛠️💩
