📚 A quick Read-A-Thon how-to! 📚

I’ve had a couple of people reach out with questions about how to set up their student’s Read-A-Thon fundraising campaign, so I wanted to share the steps!

Once you’re on the page:

1️⃣ Scroll down to “How do you want to contribute?”

2️⃣ Click “I want to help fundraise”

3️⃣ Click “Fundraise”

4️⃣ Follow the prompts to set up your student’s individual campaign!

You’ll then have your own fundraising link to share with family and friends. ❤️📖

We want to give a huge THANK YOU AND SHOUT OUT to several teammates for making our WOHE Hammock Garden a reality🎉🤩

Mrs. Rosebrough caught a vision to create an outdoor space that provides sensory regulation, outdoor engagement and a space outside the traditional classroom for students to engage in reading, writing, etc. WCCF Grant’s make an incredible difference for student learning experiences in our district🎉

Thank you to Officer Farmer and Cathy Shoup for creating safety expectations and the providing the appropriate resources.

Thank you to our Grounds Crew for helping us with dirt work, digging and mulch.🪏

Thank you to Jeff in maintenance for setting the posts and hanging the hardware for the hammocks🔩

Thank you to Klayton Labby for helping us to afford the landscaping rock and free installation of our beautiful safety wall around the hammock garden 🪨

Our pantry at Orchard Crest Baptist will be open starting Thursday, September 3rd, from 10am-12pm. We are open the first Thursday each month from 10am-12pm.

WOHE Read- a - Thon Fundraiser update!!! First official day we have raised $3800! Way to go WOHE families🎉🎉🎉 Families continue to create your Zeffy accounts online. Also, you can promote your child’s progress and fundraiser on social media as well!

IT’S HERE! OUR READ-A-THON STARTS TODAY! 🎉📚
We are so excited to kick off the WOHE Read-A-Thon! Let’s get those books opened, reading goals started, and fundraising underway! 📖❤️
🎯 Our goal is $50 per student!
🏆 Our BIG school-wide goal is $20,000!
We’re encouraging each student to ask 10 people to donate toward their reading goal. Think grandparents, aunts and uncles, neighbors, family friends, and anyone who would love to cheer them on!
💡 10 people × $5 = $50!
Every donation gets us one step closer to our $20,000 school goal!
READ. SHARE. FUNDRAISE. REPEAT! 💚💜
