The division operates a satellite system (audio and video transmissions) with which users can offer live and taped video coverage of news or state government events to television stations throughout the state, nation, and world. Media Services is a division of the Bureau of the Illinois Office of Communication & Information (IOCI) at the Illinois State Department of Central Management Services.
