Local decisions should remain local.

The Illinois Municipal League opposes️ SB 4060 – legislation that would preempt municipal residential zoning authority and impose statewide zoning standards on Illinois communities.

Local leaders - not statewide mandates - are best positioned to make decisions about housing community planning.
