This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice has protected the freedoms we cherish and the opportunities we strive to pass on to future generations.

As educators and retirees, we understand the importance of remembrance, service, and community. Today, we extend our deepest gratitude to those who made the ultimate sacrifice and to the families who carry their legacy forward.

Today we celebrate the women who nurture, guide, protect, and love in all the ways that matter most. To the moms, stepmoms, bonus moms, grandmothers, adoptive moms, foster moms, godmothers, and fur baby moms—thank you for the care you give so selflessly.

To anyone who pours their heart into caring for others (two-legged or four), this day is for you too.

We also hold space for those who are missing their moms, longing to be moms, or navigating difficult journeys. You are seen and supported.

Motherhood isn’t one story—it’s many. And every version deserves to be honored today and every day. 💖
