We are a non-partisan, grassroots organization working to harness the Article V authority of the General Assembly to limit the scope & power of the federal government, and impose term limits & fiscal restraints on its officials. This was sent to me from my regional leader. Simple truth! The founders insight into human nature and applying it to government has been lost over the decades. Corrupted by the self interest of those with power, human nature to pass the power to their heirs. Well understood by the founders that went against this self interest.

The average citizen have always paid the price of government created barriers to enter the upper class and falling out of the upper class. Privileges are afforded those in the upper class, they are more human. Thus the rest of us are lesser humans. However still America is governed by spontaneous order, led by no one, Adam Smith's invisible hand. So long as our economy and laws for the most part are common laws determined by spontaneous order, we have the opportunity to limit the governing and power individuals to the enumerated power box. COS is how to create a better box.
