ICCS Cares At ICCS we provide a spectrum of services that strive to support our mission.

The Illinois Coalition for Community Services is a nonprofit agency that is licensed through the Illinois Department for Human Services that is committed to supporting youth and families in their own communities to improve local youth environments. Our mission at ICCS is to build a more positive community that is youth centered and focuses on advocacy and life-skills development with the hopes to
