Springdale Ohio Garden Club The Springdale Garden Club was organized in 1953 & has served our community in many ways since it began. Meetings are the 2nd Monday of the month. Join us!

The Springdale Garden Club was organized in 1953 and has served our community in many ways since it began. A few of our contributions to Springdale have been:

*Local Elementarys’ Butterfly and Vegetable Gardens
*Participated in plantings along Springfield Pike including the Memorial Triangle,
*Maintain and design the raised beds at the Recreation Center,
*Celebrating Arbor Day by donating a tree

yearly to the city to be planted in the local parks,
*Decorate the Christmas swags, wreaths and welcome signs for the city.
*Teach gardening and nature to our Junior Garden Club. Our annual fundraisers are held in the spring. We sell annual bedding plants, perennials and hanging baskets and we sponsor a High Tea Luncheon. The proceeds go to fund our Civic projects, speakers, workshops/demonstrations, tours and gardening fun.
