Please be weather aware this evening and overnight. Our police, road, and fire/rescue crews are ready to mobilize should the need arise.

Thunderstorms will move into the region this evening and continue overnight. Severe storms are possible. Damaging wind is the main threat, though large hail and a few tornadoes cannot be ruled out. These storms will be capable of producing heavy downpours, resulting in localized flash flooding.

Lebanon, Ohio – City of Springboro, Warren County, Ohio – West Lower Springboro Road (Mill Street) at bridge 22-4.76, between East Street and Mound Park Drive, is now open. The closure was for bridge preservation maintenance and was completed by DDK Construction.

Red Lion-Five Points Road Bridge Closure for Soil Borings – Updated Detour

Lebanon, Ohio – Clearcreek Township and City of Springboro, Warren County, Ohio – Red Lion-Five Points Road, at the bridge crossing Clear Creek, will be closed beginning on Monday, June 22, 2026, for five (5) days, weather permitting. The closure will be just north of the intersection of Red Lion-Five Points Road, Bull Run Court, and Springboro Road. The intersection will remain open. The closure is for the collection of soil borings for an upcoming bridge replacement project.

The detour will utilize S.R. 741 and Lower Springboro Road.

One Week Closure on West Lower Springboro Road (Mill Street)

Lebanon, Ohio – City of Springboro, Warren County, Ohio – West Lower Springboro Road (Mill Street) at bridge 22-4.76, between East Street and Mound Park Drive, will be closed beginning on Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, for one (1) week, weather permitting. The closure is for bridge preservation maintenance and will be completed by DDK Construction.

The detour for the closure will utilize Richards Run, S.R. 73, and S.R. 741 (Main Street).

Paving Project 6/3/2026 & 6/4/2026 in Cypress Ridge

Paving is expected to take place on Wednesday, 6/3 and Thursday, 6/4 for the following streets:

Aspen Row
Black Oak Court
Cypress Trail
Grand Cypress Boulevard
Wisteria Way

All cars will need to be moved off the street.
“No Parking” signs will be posted to allow the work of milling and paving to be completed. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process to improve our roads.

Township Line Road to be closed for five (5) weeks for Bridge Reconstruction.

Lebanon, Ohio – Clearcreek & Wayne Townships, Warren County, Ohio – Township Line Road, between Lower Springboro Road and S.R. 73, will be closed beginning Monday, June 8, 2026, for five (5) weeks, weather permitting. The closure is needed to address the ongoing settlement issues that developed after the Township Line Road Bridge #134-3.76 Replacement Project was completed by W.E. Smith Construction in 2025. W.E. Smith Construction is responsible for all costs associated with the reconstruction work.

The detour for the Township Line Road closure will utilize Lower Springboro Road, S.R. 48, and S.R. 73.
