This Bellaire customer had an older air handler that stopped working. Company “A” showed up and told them the 1998 unit needed to be replaced. Company “B” showed up and said the same. We got there and saw the fan relay was fried. We replaced the relay for 38 dollars plus the service call and they’re cooling again. They didn’t have the money for a new unit but needed air conditioning. Those companies left them hot and bothered for three weeks. We fixed it the day we came out which was TODAY. Read the room.

This awesome Generac install went off without a hitch. Lower pricing and unbelievable service is what counts.

UPDATE: The solar panel company at the center of a Houston homeowner’s complaints is now apologizing and says it will remove the panels from her home at no cost.

In a statement to KPRC 2 News, a Sunrun spokesperson said, “We regret the difficulties Ms. Holt has experienced and acknowledge that we did not meet our high customer service standards in this case. We will honor Ms. Holt’s decision to end the agreement and will remove the solar energy system from her home at no cost.”
