Who's the heartbeat behind all of it?
Wendy Schabilion — a former Hospice RN, BSN, MSC, PAC Certified Independent Trainer, author of two books on assisted living, and the proud owner of Aliviya Rose Manor.
Wendy didn't build Aliviya Rose Manor to win awards. She built it because she saw a gap in senior care — a need for something more intimate, more personal, more loving than the institutional model. She envisioned a boutique assisted living experience where residents are treated like family because they ARE family.
