There are still spots available at our lecture tonight, Tuesday, September 8 at 6:00 pm titled, "AI and the Job Search - Keep Your Human Edge".

Learn how to use AI thoughtfully and effectively in your job search while staying human. This hands-on workshop explores practical ways AI can support resumes, job search, and interview preparation while helping participants evaluate information and avoid common pitfalls. All are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet.

We love it when people come to visit us, but we especially love meeting new people and sharing our love of books with new friends!

So if you've been thinking, "I should stop by the library to get a new card" well, consider this your sign to come visit us! (We are actually really friendly, and nice, and kind of fun to be around - even if a lot of us wear glasses and cardigans and will occasionally say, "SSSHHHHHH..." to you if you get a little too rowdy!)

Just bring in your photo ID and proof of Spotswood residency and we will send you home with a brand new library card! Yay!

As we get ready to begin a new school year, a reminder of our policy on unattended children in the library:

Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a caregiver (responsible adult over the age of 18) at all times while in the library.

If a child under the age of 12 is attending a library program, the parent/caregiver must not leave the building for any reason.
