Exchange Club of Downtown Spokane Improving our community and the quality of life of children, youth and families by supporting child abuse prevention, and youth educational opportunities.

Through the proceeds of the annual holiday crab feed/auction in December, the club has donated over $500,000 to support the programs and services of Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery, Children’s Home Society and Spokane Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Center.
