May is mental health awareness month. πŸ’š

Throughout Spokane County, more than 1-in-3 12th graders are experiencing sustained depressive symptoms. Our youth need your support now more than ever. Bigs don’t need to be perfect, they just need to be present, consistent, and caring. Having a mentor is proven to increase positive mental health outcomes for youth. This month, support a young person and become a Big.

Match Monday: Little Mia & Big Jessica πŸŽ‰

Little Mia and Big Jessica were matched earlier this month night. They met at Underhill Park, and the two of them hit it off immediately! Mia was very excited to tell Jessica about cheer, and they even learned they have things in common after talking for just a few minutes! This match is off to a great start.
