Big thanks to our friends & neighbors at Horizon Credit Union for their generous donation of shelf-stable food for the Little Care Closet at Akin.

The Little Care Closet is a free community resource where anyone can pick up food, clothing, diapers, and other essentials when they need them. Your support helps us keep these shelves stocked and our community cared for.

Their support helps us continue providing essentials like diapers, baby wipes, and food to families at our Galland-Ashlock Family Resource Center in Spokane Valley.

Our Family Storytimes in the Park are back starting this month! Kids age 2–5 & their families can enjoy 30 minutes of stories, songs, & fingerplays that explore the concepts of literacy & STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math).
