We’re looking for a customer service rep to oversee operations in a storage facility in Spokane Valley. Responsibilities include ensuring that the storage units are clean and that security systems are functioning. As a CSR, you will interact with customers and facilitate the rental of storage units. Other duties include handling onsite payment processing and completing administrative tasks such as invoicing and filing. It’s an excellent part-time position with growth potential within our parent company.

Job Description:
• Work independently, spending time both inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions, and provide pricing
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections; confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are ready to rent
• Help keep customers current with payments and make collection calls when required
• Use the Sitelink storage software to lease units and conduct other transactions
• Keep inside surfaces and outdoor grounds clean, including sweeping and debris removal

Qualifications:
• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service-centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
• Prior experience with computer software programs and MS Office is highly recommended
