Carnegie Library Building Built in 1912 and celebrating it's 100 yr birthday this year. Now it houses Spenser's Underground Ministries, a teen center/coffeehouse.

Tomorrow we will be celebrating 100 years for the Historic Carnegie Library Building on the corner of Hill Ave, with an ice cream social and open house from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.. Used books will be available for you to sort through and take home. Donations are requested. Stop by and enjoy a Root Beer Float, Home Made Pie, or Ice Cream and Toppings....Proceeds with go to Spenser's Underground Teen Center Coffeehouse (a 501c3, non profit), which is located in the historic building,

The Carnegie Library Building in Spirit Lake, Iowa is 100 years old this year ! It now is home to Spenser's Underground Ministries, a teen outreach center/coffeehouse. Come help us celebrate with an ice cream social and open house July 14, 2012 during Spirit Lake Days from 11:00-3:00. Check out Spenser's Underground for more info.
