With Henri coming up the coast as a Cat 1 Hurricane please keep an eye on the weather and the warnings for our area. They are predicting heavy rain and strong winds. Please secure outdoor items so they don't go flying around, have flashlights and radios nearby and make sure your electronics are charged, check on elderly neighbors and be mindful of your pets. The effects of Henri will be felt for several days. As always be smart and stay safe.

The Spencer Fire Department and Spencer Emergency Management Agency would like to extend a big "THANK YOU" to Everett Blodgett and DP Dollar for the most generous donation of GATORADE, POWER DRINKS AND WATER to the departments. With the arrival of the hot weather it will be an added bonus for our men and women at a fire scene to help keep them safe and hydrated.
