Please be aware that the City of Spencer phone system will be down today from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM for a​ security update.

Emergency 911 calls and the Spencer Police Department line will remain fully functional during this time.

Parking Lots 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, and 12 will be closed for painting beginning Wednesday, August 19th at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 20th.

Parking Lot 5 will be painted in two sections. One section each day.

Please see the press release below regarding the temporary trail closure along 4th Ave West, spanning from West 18th Street to West 24th Street (directly north of the Casey's General Store), beginning Monday, August 17th.

Blacktop Service Company plans to start the 2026 Spencer Sealcoat Project on Tuesday and complete it on Wednesday. The locations of the project can be viewed on the map below. No parking signs will be posted today and property owners adjacent to the project will receive a notice about the project. Residents are asked to please avoid the blocks that the Contractor is working on while construction equipment is present. Access to streets will be available shortly after the cover aggregate has been placed and rolled.
