Members meet on Wednesday from 9-10AM Spencer Area Activity Center. Come join us for a program, coffee, rolls, laughter and fellowship! Action Club serves the needs of children and the community. Open to the public!

Don't forget July 11, 2026, Occasions is hosting a Senior Fair showcasing services and goods that seniors can use. Time of the fair is 10:00am to 4:00pm with admission costing $10.00 if you would like to eat lunch here or $5.00 if you would like to only attend the fair.

I hate being the bearer of bad news, but, it is with great dismay I have to say NO MINGO until September. We will bring it back in September. Mingo is therefore canceled on Friday.

Anyone want to keep their full range of motion on your arms, legs and rest of your body? I invite you to come to Occasions at 10:30a.m. Tuesday and Thursday for chair exercises. Come again at 10:30a.m. on Wednesday for Tai Chi. All of this will help you keep your full range of motion.

As a reminder do not forget the date of June 12, 2026 which is the next Music Bingo night. This is the Friday night during Flagfest which also has a rodeo that night. My personal opinion is that Mingo is a lot more to play than to watch a rodeo. My hope is to fill Occasions with Mingo players on the 12th of June. See you then.

Is there any pool or snooker players out there? We have two really nice nice 9ft. snooker tables available to be played on during the day. The cost to play pool or snooker is $5.00 a day or if you would prefer you could pay for a year at a time for $100.00. Come down to Occasions to come and play pool or snooker anytime we are open. Hope to see here soon.

Are you having a hard time in the morning getting things moving when you first wake up? My ideas are to come to chair exercises on Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30am. The other thing you could is to come to coffee klatch on Friday mornings for coffee and to spend time with friends. There is no better thing than to wake up and spend time with friends at least one morning a week.
