The Carlton Family Water Feature at Spencer Town Park opens for the season on Monday, June 15!

The splash pad will be open Monday through Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. throughout June, July, August, and September. Located next to the Gathering Lawn and F&M Bank Pavilion, it offers a fun way for residents and visitors of all ages to cool off this summer.

The Water Feature was made possible through a generous donation from the Carlton family in memory of Maxine Smith Carlton and Thomas Kern Carlton. The family has also contributed toward a future children's exploration and play area planned for the park.

The Town of Spencer is excited to welcome to the Spencer Community Garden as one of its summer market locations.

Join us this Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., or until the produce is gone. The market will be at the Community Garden for 10 weeks throughout the summer.

This market operates on a donate-if-you-can model. Donations are appreciated, but fresh, locally grown produce is available to everyone, regardless of ability to contribute.

Attention Spencer community! Our blessings pantry is currently empty. There is a lot of need in the community these days, and every little bit helps. If you can, please consider donating non-perishable foods and other shelf-stable items. We are so grateful to our neighbors who help keep the pantry stocked!
