The South Carolina Interagency Deaf‐Blind (SCIDB) Project assists parents, teachers, and other service providers as they address the unique needs of children and young adults from birth to 21 years of age who have combined
vision and hearing losses. By offering a continuity of support at no cost, the SCIDB Project can assist in improving the quality of Early Intervention, Special Education, and Transition Services for children and young adults who are deaf‐blind.
